EDIT: guys, I was kinda being sarcastic. About the fact that most League players (including me) don't really look even close to any human character in League and have to recur to the undead and monsters, but also about this "identifying" expression that I've always found kinda bullshit.

It's kinda like this, but not as bad. (I'm actually a lot better than I used to be. More self control helps, stressful tests and papers waver me though).

Your body goes into conservation mode, holding onto fat and breaking down muscle first, and less muscle mass means you burn less calories so you lose weight even more slowly. And because you're eating less, you get less nutrients and end up feeling crummy.

but alas I'm male. Which is ironic(and sad) because the only person who I can see my own body type in is 
. Even that might not be accurate because she lifts mini guns and rocket launchers like nothing while I can barely handle anything over 20 pounds.
