I've been playing Evelynn on the PBE and you said you would keep the quote "It takes a lot of effort to move like this in heels." and I haven't heard it yet.

Well, it's not there.
Nobody lied, but Reav3 got things a little mixed up and thought that they did record that one to begin with. Apparently, they did not.
They need to do the old one then
