Leblanc in the new Noxus lore

First off I really like how no one really knows what she is or what does she want...That really reminds me from the faceless man from Game of Thrones.How she might be an Illusion she can be more then one person as riot them selves said a faceless guile not by her name because no one knows her real name.She is alive since Mordekaiser's reign and that is hell a lot of time...Also as stated in her lore she can be everywhere deep in Shurima,Targon's peek,Freljord she is everywhere and that kinda reminds me of Varys. Idk I think Noxus is inspired from Game of Thrones and I lovee that.
