Is she relevant yet or are we nerfing her more because they didnt give time for her ult to sink in while jinx can press Y across the map put her cursor over me and press r and get a kill half way across the map because by time you see it you cant do anything unless you have built in mobility and were expecting it and she can do it every 2 minutes late game without any cdr.
