Candidates for: Dragon World (slayer/trainer)

Right so the votes from last discussion where counted today and the winner for today's discussion and the 10th installment of this series is the Dragon World series, mainly Slayer and Trainer.

Now before we begin, I have one quick announcement: I am making the decision to post these every other weekend rather than every weekend. I'm currently back at college for my winter term and while schedule wise it's not overbearing as of right now, I will almost guarantee for me that it will quite soon and possibly get drowned in school work over the next 10 or so weeks (I'm on trimesters before anyone asks). As well, since this is the 10th installment already and there are only so many skin series to discuss about so I don't want to rush over every popular skin series right now, run out of ideas to talk about, and either wait for a new series to hit or talk about nothing for long periods of time. So if you do enjoy these discussions, I'm sorry to disappoint you but this is for my interests of doing good in college (as well as getting ready to study abroad next year) & expanding this series lifespan. That out of the way, let's get back to the discussion.

Dragon World as mentioned consists of the series Dragon Slayer, Dragon Trainers, and some misc. so far such as Sorceress. And the series is pretty straight forward: it's about dragons! From either armor made to look or made out of dragons, to people who want to train dragons, to now half-dragon hybrids (outside of Shyvana). But what comes down to it are the choices for this series. Slayer for the most part I consider to be made up of champs that can relatively kill champs quickly, with the exception of Braum since there is need of a support. Trainer are for those that have some sort of look or appearance that can be made to look like dragon companions to use, such as Tristana's Gun now a dragon or Pixie now being a dragon, etc. And with the case of Zyra I think we can agree that she just needed a skin and that just stretch the bill enough to fit, but there are still possibilities for other champs.

Now I guess as we're beginning a tradition of making a full team comp of these guys, let's start things off with Slayer. Without a doubt, we lack someone to fill in mid for the Slayer series. The problem being from my view is that there aren't that many mid laners who can fit the look of wearing dragon armor. The only few champs that I can think of getting close to this, and even then I think I'm stretching it, are and possibly . Yeah slayer is hard to nail down a bit.

Let's move on to trainer. We've got a decent bot lane, so now we need the rest. Ideas are since I've seen some pretty neat concept art in the past and could work either for top or mid. If Heimer is mid, then could work as a top laner with dragons similar to Zyra's as her tenticles (again kinda stretching it). is also another candidate for the mid lane and allowing Heimerdinger to go top. Almost forgot about top, perfect concept right there. Finally for jungle mostly came to my mind cause I want to imagine him riding some sort of dragon, either as some weird hybrid that's like a humanoid hulk or even just a large dragon with tiny wings (which if that's what it's goin in it might need to be legendary).

Ok, finally misc. hybrid skins like Zyra. Who would work for a full team comp? Top lane: . Without a doubt in my mind. Can easily be turned into say a DnD dragonborn with a kickass dragon sword (plus he already has wings). is also a huge candidate and now thinking about it would be put ahead of Aatrox. Let's face it, people have been asking for this skin for a long time and with his rework coming there is no reason not to give it to us. Jg: Aatrox can also work here but I feel could also work. Yes this desicion is based on that leak a while back but when you think about it, it can work perfectly. It worked for Zyra, why not Eve? Mid: Zry-well actually...let's keep it safe and say...uh.... fuck it, and . (I'm running out of ideas and I have a paper due soon, give me a break). Lastly, bot lane: . Just Varus. I can see that working with his design.

FINAL RANDOM CANDIDATES: Dragon sorceress could work as there are poison type dragons in DnD so I see no reason why not. could theoretically be a stone dragon colossus instead or a special breed of humanoid dragon that are the size of actual dragons and still could turn to stone when they die due to some magic. could also work for dragon hybrid of sorts but that is asking for a lot. as a dragon trainer or sorcerer could work. as a Slayer or Dominator of dragons (yes he needs a rework but as of now the theme works). could work as a half-dragon hybrid to break up his theme a bit of always half dog man. could work for Slayer. as hybrid of dragon. as a Slayer. as a trainer or trainer/slayer mix. as a trainer/slayer mix like Kled. could also work as a mid for Slayer but overall would be too much AD. could work as his stances represent different dragons. as a trainer.

And last but not least, the discussion about my overall and longtime favorite champ in League, . In all honesty, I really don't know how she would fit into this series, or even if I want her to. She can't really fit Slayer since thee overall theme is killing dragons and she technically is a dragon, trainer doesn't work since she has no companion and is not the trainer looking type, and Hybrid...she already is a hybrid. The only thing I can think of is if she got a legendary or somehow an ultimate (unlikely but you never know) that depicted her as something like Tiamat, Bahamut, dragon gods. Maybe something like Daenerys Targarian and she's a mother of dragons or something and even then I find that hard to work. Maybe outside of this series she could get something like she's something of what Sol is and is a half-space dragon human hybrid instead or something, but here I don't see much room for her.
