Hexakosioihexekontahexaphobia - the fear of the number 666. I dunno where Riot made the joke with replacing the hexa with hextech,but demon vi has "VI VI VI" standing on her pants,which pretty much means 666.

Though I think the main inspiration for the skin was hellboy,even if she doesn't resemble him very much.
