Hexakosioihexekontahexaphobia - the fear of the number 666. I dunno where Riot made the joke with replacing the hexa with hextech,but demon vi has "VI VI VI" standing on her pants,which pretty much means 666.

Though I think the main inspiration for the skin was hellboy,even if she doesn't resemble him very much.

I made the joke by replacing hexa with hextech. Because League.

And yes, that's what I was referring to, to the VI VI VI on her pant leg. I pointed this to a few people and disturbingly they can't read Roman Numerals. Something I learned all the way back in grade school.
