Does Camille have Blood or is it magic-blood?
It says chamille has a hextech heart so i'm wondering if it's just made out of hextech or if her blood is also hextech magical spaghetti

I've wondered the same thing.
She has hextech legs and heart, and possibly augmented eyes. But that leaves a lot of internal organs and muscles that are still organic, and thus require oxygen to function. So I'd say she has natural blood.
The purpose of a heart is to pump blood, so I would assume Camille's, is just a robotic heart with a hextech crystal in it. Orianna's heart on the other hand, could be something else.
