To be fair, Rito has been pretty receptive on splash art criticism in the past, I wouldn't be surprised if they decided to actually change it.

I'm wondering if he was talking about how in the Akali splash update and texture update the boards blew up because Riot nerfed Akali's chest.

Like go look for her OLD OLD splashes compared to now. some people are still upset about it. I just use it for a giggle considering they also did it to Morgana and Sona. It's fun to use them to make the claim that Rito's afraid of boobs.

It's something that can be fixed really easily and takes less than a minute to do. It's a small detail that was changed in her updated splash art for no real reason so changing her eyes back to green isn't asking for much. All they have to do is replace a few image files and they're done. Riot has fixed a lot of these small details in the past for other things so I don't see why they wouldn't want to do this tbh.

considering your summoner name and your past post about her side boob can you think of a reason she should have green eyes besides for attractiveness points?

this splash has been out awhile and riot seems pretty adamant this is how they want their Akali to look like

They never gave a reason for turning them brown in the first place. They were green to begin with so why should they be changed to brown? It's a small little detail that would take less than a minute to do and would make a lot of people happy. There's no reason for her to have brown eyes when they were originally green.

in regards to why they might of changed it if i were to guess green eyes are a lot more vibrant and energetic as opposed to brown eyes

Her eye color has nothing to do with her being a cold ninja. There's no correlation between eye color and personality. If her eyes were unicorn, rainbow color before then yes that would make sense, but otherwise not really. The point I'm making is that her green eyes are a better fit for her and there was no reason to change her green eyes in the first place. Nobody ever complained about it or mentioned it needing to be changed in the first place (included the threads concerning her splash art update with Rioters) so there's no reason for it not to be green.

I mean sure she is on the list for a VGU,but that will likely not happen anytime soon.

Hi dear man im not trying to downplay your post god forbid lol, but putting things in perspective, why would they adress such a miniscule detail on a splash art in the first place..

I mean PF Ezreal which got quite alot of criticism and suggestion both here and on PBE bug feedback got negated by Riot so why would they acknowledge your request that have way less importance in the eyes of the community than the PF rework?

Riot generally doesn't mind changing small things that don't take very much time to do unless they want to be stubborn about it. They tend to push away criticism when it comes to larger scale projects like PF Ezreal because it takes a lot more time and resources to make changes to that than it does to change the color of like 7 pixels. Guess we'll find out tho.
