Everyone gets a Blood-Moon-Skin. EXCEPT DIANA.
Now there is an awesome Dark-Star-Skin coming, but not for a single champion that stands in connection to a celestial body 
, but for the whacky undead chain-dude.
Not saying the skin is not potentially awesome, but this team's decisions on who gets what skin really confuse me every time...
The Dark Star line is the villainous line for the Super Galaxy. They, in fact, have relatively little to do with Stars.
Skins are a re-imagining of the champions usually, so champions that already go with that theme kind of aren't logic candidates to receive something like that.
Skins are an opportunity to try out a different theme for a champion. Sometimes it's lore-based, but many times it's not.
Dark star is really just black hole and Thresh pulls people in which non of those champs do.
Because none of the star related champs would have fitted the skin theme that much,since the "cosmic horror"-thing wouldn't fit any of them(except for maybe Sol,but he was released fairly recently,so its unlikely that he gets a skin so soon).
Besides we rarely get only one skin per pbe-cycle so there is still a chance that there are more "star"-related skins.
