What's up with Zilean?

So, Zilean's lore has him from a city known as Urtistan, on the western fringes of the Shuriman Desert, which was destroyed because Zil was too busy messing with Temporal magic. On his page, it shows him as affiliated with Piltover, but this is from the JoJ series which has Zilean residing in Piltover helping out with hextech stuff that deals with locking something in stasis and airships and all that jazz. Since his Lore is going to be reworked, what's his new story going to be?

Is he going to be a Temporal Hextech Inventor from Piltover that's the anti-thesis to Ekko? Or is Zilean still going to be an immortal, temporally displaced mage from Urtistan?
