Spirit Fire Brand's body. But why?

His body doesn't pulse or glow like in his other skins. I remember watching/reading somewhere that they didn't want to take away from the other vfx on the body. But maybe a slow pulse/crackling might do the trick? I mean, it's a 1350 skin. And while the vfx present do look nice, why take away from what feels like a key detail to Brand? That his body is/was altered by the power possessing it?
