@Riot - VUs on GPU Champs

Riot, will you please consider giving full VUs to the recent champs who got game play updates and the "texture" work that basically upholstered a wrecked sofa with patent leather? I'm talking about the champs like Sona and Shen, who have great new kits, but outdated looks and desperately need to be brought up to standard. I just played Guqin Sona, and the animation for her strumming is just atrocious, not to mention all her oddball animations for the sashes and hair. Please go back and give these champions some love since you already gave them new kits.

Shen only needs a new set of animations and a new VO,his ingame model looks fine.

Same for Sona, IMO. Her (visual) design isn't that bad at all. And it was brought up to par with the current standard with the Model & Texture Update that she got alongside her Gameplay Update.

some of her skins also got texture updates for the Pentakill skins 2 years ago

Shen got a texture update and some baubles added to his model. He still uses the same base model and rigging as he used prior to his update; he got some minor animation tweaks, but on the whole he still has the same clunky model as before. It doesn't even compare to new models with the full range of animations like Taric, Sion, or Poppy. Sona received the exact same type of model update as Shen.

I'm not even sure why you people have downvoted this. You cannot sit there, look at Shen, then look at Sion and tell me that they have the same level of quality. They do not. Even Riot has admitted that not doing a full VGU on Shen was a mistake. All I'm asking is for them to take that extra step and fully update his visuals and audio to make him a completely reworked champ.

then you'll notice that there are more differences between the models than just different textures(the big swords,the different mask,different shoulder armor,etc.),it's especially noticeable for some of his skins(yellow jacket was a mere recolor before the update,now it has its own model)

Shen merely reuses the internal rig,which is why his animations still look almost the same as before.
