THEY MENTIONED HELMET BRO

Most accurate portrayal of Teemo I've ever seen from riot. Seriously, all of his other 10 skins are cutesy-jokes when even riot knows that Teemo's the human equivalency of Satan.

It's more than likely a Legendary skin for Teemo, if the extremely different tone and voice lines are anything to go by. Perhaps this skin is an attempt to set up Teemo's story more for his eventual VU.

It seems like they're actually doing something that's in the lore for Teemo, where they mention that normally he's fine, but in a combat situation he turns into a cold-blooded killer. I do hope that they have something like that coming up for him and this isn't a joke. All of his skins so far have been all cutesy and are basically insulting to the other player. You can be an Easter Bunny, a panda, a superhero, an astronaut, or you have a reskin that just references an annoying loop thing on the internet, and an ugly reskin that no one has willingly bought. I have only heard of like 2 people that got recon teemo, and they both got it as a mystery gift.

I do think that this skin maybe canon with his character, same with Spirit Guard Udyr.

Teemo does need a new skin. He hasn't had one for almost 3 years.

I have Ernest Elf Teemo which I love but I would probably get a another skin for him since the one I have is Christmas themed and I get him a decent amount when I play ARAM.

I don't think that most people realize that Teemo has always been like this they aren't doing anything new to his lore. He was always merciless and cold blooded because he was able to turn off his emotions during his scout missions. He probably broke the scouts code while his emotions were off because he really didn't care and that's why he says that. Maybe he was fired like that could be like the only possible lore change.
