Most accurate portrayal of Teemo I've ever seen from riot. Seriously, all of his other 10 skins are cutesy-jokes when even riot knows that Teemo's the human equivalency of Satan.

This is actually the first serious skin from any Yordle besides Veigar (Hell, even Veigar would say: "Daaayaam boy, you crazy evil. Im out.").

Teemo is a Yordle f*cked up by life on the warzone.Even is his lore,they mention how he is a little....off. Just from this preview,Riot is finally acknowledging the fact that Teemo is a serious war veteran.

It's more than likely a Legendary skin for Teemo, if the extremely different tone and voice lines are anything to go by. Perhaps this skin is an attempt to set up Teemo's story more for his eventual VU.

It seems like they're actually doing something that's in the lore for Teemo, where they mention that normally he's fine, but in a combat situation he turns into a cold-blooded killer. I do hope that they have something like that coming up for him and this isn't a joke. All of his skins so far have been all cutesy and are basically insulting to the other player. You can be an Easter Bunny, a panda, a superhero, an astronaut, or you have a reskin that just references an annoying loop thing on the internet, and an ugly reskin that no one has willingly bought. I have only heard of like 2 people that got recon teemo, and they both got it as a mystery gift.

Oh, yeah, I always use badger teemo. I'm very happy with badger teemo, lol. Gives me an excuse to say "Badger Teemo don't give a F***" in all chat.

I saw recon teemo... and I just don't like it. I swear riot's mystery gift system is trolling me though. I know they have to give you a skin for a champion that you have, but I own like 20, yet I have like all the teemo skins. A friend of mine was watching me at champ select and said "Good god, you love teemo, don't you?" And I had to explain to him, no, I got Astronaut Teemo from his mystery gift, Super Teemo, and Panda Teemo were from other mystery gifts. Although, I did buy badger teemo on my own because... vault skin. XD

I love Recon Teemo, it's my favourite Teemo skin, actually, because it keeps the old splash art for Teemo which I think looks better than the new.

The lack of a "serious" skin for Teemo is why I never bought one while I mained him (ah, the climb to 30). I love Major Ziggs, and wished there was something similar for Teemo.

Now, watching that preview, I'm wondering if I'm going to get a skin more serious than I was ever ready for.

Pretty much this. The game itself isn't even canon - the League of Legends is no longer canon in the game League of Legends. Summoners (which the game refers to players as) are no longer canon, either.

Wrong! Summoners are still canon in some way, the League however isnt.

Quite a few of them are, as most are just different outfits or armor.

Spirit Guard Udyr's is 100% canon.

I think it's meant to be a Legendary for the little rat, but I'd love if it was a VU taking it's cues from one of the model someone made in the Polycount contest a bit ago.

more likely legendary or vu ultimate skins usually have big extras and don't contain lore that could be imposed on base skins save udyr

Well, they could use the update that comes with this skin to update teemo's model, textures, and lore. I don't think teemo has ever really had a lore rework... it does seem like one of the older lores that you can read. After lore reworks for champion updates like for Twitch and Sion (well... Sion is a bad example because he really needed some work done on him...) I wouldn't be surprised if teemo had one on the way.

I don't want to be too hopeful, but we might see some other changes. Either way, I'm sure there will be both great community fanfare and great community outrage on release, because it's teemo. lol.

Teemo does need a new skin. He hasn't had one for almost 3 years.

I have Ernest Elf Teemo which I love but I would probably get a another skin for him since the one I have is Christmas themed and I get him a decent amount when I play ARAM.

I don't think that most people realize that Teemo has always been like this they aren't doing anything new to his lore. He was always merciless and cold blooded because he was able to turn off his emotions during his scout missions. He probably broke the scouts code while his emotions were off because he really didn't care and that's why he says that. Maybe he was fired like that could be like the only possible lore change.

That's not true at all, there's a difference between being a cold blooded killer, and being cold and ruthless when in enemy territory. In his lore, when he's not doing his duty (much like actual solider) He's a kind hearted, friendly, cheerful yordle. This, this is just messed up. He's not like this normally, this is something that's akin to a soldier coming back from war and killing his family. All these "Trophies" are from other champions he MURDERED in cold blood, people he called friend or people who fought with him as an ally. He even killed a little girl, took her clothes, and strung up her teddy bear like some sort of psycho.

This isn't something Teemo would do in his normal mind set, so saying he's always been like this is a stupid thing to say.

Would u like me to get his lore and quote stuff? he would do this if he was told to. Annie is a huge threat by the way. She could possibly be the strongest champion in the game next to Xerath and Syndra's potential to be omnipotent. Some people say Nasus was once a god and stuff but like lol he sucks. Annie is like super strong so Teemo would obviously got a mission to kill her. Fiora probably wanted to duel Teemo. Corki idk about corki but hes ugly so like idc. Garen is just a dick. He killed velkoz and Sion for killing helmet bro (who wouldn't). Caitlyn probably tried to kill Teemo because he was ordered to kill someone in Piltover. Heimindinger probably went insane. Tristana died that's why when you click on her firefighter hat in the picture he says "we ain't all making it out of here". Mundo was obviously just a mission cus he needed to be killed. Graves obviously needed to be killed too. Maybe Quinn's pet Valor got rabbis. etc etc I can explain it all. Also BTW GreenHatGamer not sure but this could just be a Teemo VU that was sectioned under skins they've done it before ( with sion I think ). If im wrong then lol forget about all of dis.

Oh hey found this. So like In Teemo's lore it says all his friends thought he was super nice and stuff but when it came to practicing and missions it was kind of " disconcerting " how he acted. He turned deadly serious when practice started and on missions. Tristana even said herself AND TRISTANA IS HIS BEST FRIENDS/girl friend (RIP Rumble) that he is a unrepentant killer.
