I ask this because of those changes to his ult that they're working on in the PBE, where he can get even bigger than he can now.
Assuming they go through with those changes, it'd be nice for Cho to get a VU to go with it, since most of his models already look kinda bad at larger sizes, and him getting even bigger would only exacerbate it.
Just my opinion, though.
VUs alone aren't gonna happen anytime soon. They are way too time consuming for other projects. Good news is that ChoGath has landed on the Tier 1 list for large VGUs together with 
& 
(sorry if I missed anyone). This means while he won't get a VU alone he is likely to receive a large scope VGU to not only improve his visual fantasy but also give him a better and newer kit that lives up to standards. Though there is no dates for now, just expect it to be in the next couple of years.
He is on the list of VGUs so one day he will get what he needs but not yet.
