Battlecast Xerath
With the updated texures looking much more like the other Battlecast, will Xerath finally be considered an "actual" Battlecast in Riot's eyes?

It was said that when they made BC-Xerath,that they did not have a clear idea about the battlecast line,but that doesn't make him any less part of it,that would be like "oh when pantheon was made we didn't have any real idea what to do with Mt.targon,so he is not part of it".
I remember a post of a rioter here who said that these changes were made to bring him more in line with the other bc-skins and "other" implies that he is one of them(not to mention that he mentioned this when he was talking about how they did the same with BC-urgot)
