Taric would have nothing to do with that. He isn't a part of Demacia anymore and has in fact been banished from their lands. I highly doubt that something non-void related is going to make him go against the will of Demacia and re-enter their land without permission. Maybe if he learns about a great threat to Garen or something he would sneak in to let him know but it is highly unlikely he would get involved in that fight.
