What is mana? Is it magical energy that resides in most of the inhabitants of runeterra? If so does that mean that mf actually uses a bit of magic to make her bullet bounce? And that hextech and chemtech actually tap into this resource when being used?
I think its purely for gameplay purposes. If not then in lore its probably only magic users who actually tap into it.
Mana are microscopic life forms that reside in all living cells. Without mana, life could not exist, and we would have no knowledge of magic. They continually speak to us, telling us the will of magic. When you learn to quiet your mind, you'll hear them speak to you.
