So... How are called the denizens of the Shadow Isles, Bilgewater and Shurima?

Demacian for Demacia Noxian for Noxus Ionian for Ionia

But how do you call an inhabitant of the other factions? Shadowese? Bilgewaterian? Shuriman?

Shuriman is totally accurate. The people of Shurima are called Shurimans.

Bilgewater's a little trickier, but I think it'd be Bilgewatians? Maybe not. Potentially they're referred to as simply Bilgewater folk or something similar.

The Shadow Isles isn't technically a nation anymore, since no people "live" there, so they wouldn't have a specific name. The nation that was situated there before it got wrecked would have had a name like that, but since no one remembers what that nation's called it'd be a stretch to guess.

I think Shuriman is nearly or pretty much canon, I think I've read them being referred so in official material, but I don't remember where.

Bilgewaters denizens and Shadow Islanders don't have any canon name I can think of to refer to them. We could always call them pirates and spooky beings of spookiness.

Shurima -> Shuriman

Shadow Isles -> Whatever the nation was called prior to its fall.

Bilgewater -> Bilge rat

Shadow Isles - Ghosts

Bilgewater - Pirates

Shurima - there's so few people living there so you just call them by their names.
