Anyone know what Pantheon is smiting in the new 2015 season start art? Doesn't look like any champions or jungle monsters I've seen.

It's just a leash, and a bad one at that. Panth is either smiting at the start or Vayne/Braum is still in the range to steal EXP
and they're making Vayne tank
I just realized NOW, it could be a late game giving of red to Vayne, which I suppose makes more sense
