Young Ryze and Other Such Skins

So at this point in time, Young (Formerly Human) Ryze is 7 years old, after having been in the retail collector's edition when you guys created the game. What this generally means is that there is most likely a very extremely few people still left in the game who purchased that edition and those skins, to the point where I question if there's any point in keeping it so locked away. I understand you want it to be special and all, but how special do the artists feel when no one can appreciate their work because next to no one left in the game owns the skin? Surely, you guys must begin to consider how absurdly rare these skins are, and how their inability to be obtained just means that you're expending so many artistic resources on elements of the game that are practically no longer in use. Would it really upset so many people (the vast majority of which probably don't even play anymore) to have some way to obtain this skin and those others, even if it's as absurdly rare in Hextech or Mystery Boxes, or re-released in a relaunch bundle of that edition?

What's really weird is that almost all of ryze's skins are legacy or limited edition. I do agree that these skins should be made more accessible so the effort isn'the wasted.

I for one have it, as other do, not many of us but we still play. and those of us that do wouldnt want them made public, as selfish as that sounds haha, it riots way of rewarding the earliest of player for playing the game, the ones who put money in first and helped it to become the biggest game in the world.
