Replacing new splash arts and champion icons

Is it okay to switch the current splash art of a champion with the old one? lets say Anivia for example,If I want to switch back to the old splash art is that okay by riots policy and is there a way this can be done?

you can, whatever you change must not have any effect on the gameplay so do it at your own risk
