Is it okay to switch the current splash art of a champion with the old one? lets say Anivia for example,If I want to switch back to the old splash art is that okay by riots policy and is there a way this can be done?

I dont think it can effect the gameplay, Im sure that only I would be able to see the changed icon,splash and that cant effect it can it?
