We're getting new/remodeled champions WAY TOO FAST......

It feels like yesterday that we've got new-Urgot, and last week that we've got Kayn. And now we already have Ornn the Horn.

Maybe it's just me, but I'm kinda appalled by the crazy speed Riot has gotten recently in releasing new champions. You don't have the time to enjoy a new champion that a newer one arrives. At one point the inflation is gonna become excessive....

Not every champion or full-scale rework will resonate with everyone. Sure, in recent times there's been at least one major release every month or so, but is this really a bad thing given not every release will appeal to every player? Camille, for example, was the last champion I truly resonated with -- that was eight months ago!

They are releasing a new champ/rework each month: The short timeline is every year: January: Rework Team A (WW) Feburary; new Champ (break becasue April) March Rework Team B (galio) April: new Champ (Xayah and Rakan) May: Mid-season (vanguards) June: new Champ (Kayn) July: Rework Team A (Urgot) August: new Champ (Ornn) September: Rework Team B (evelynn) October: new Champ November: pre-season (runes) December: new Champ

and so on

I selfishly want the pace to remain like this until I get the Swain VGU.

You are acting as if Riot having a very short delay between the release of two champions on one occasion is a guarantee that this will be the trend for the rest of the game's future. It is much much much more likely that this is an anomaly and we will go back to delays of multiple months between new champions immediately after this. We are not in danger of returning to the times of 2011 when we had a new champion every fortnight.

Reworks don't add anything new to the game, they just replace old things. The quicker Riot gets them out the better because there are still many champions in need of them.

What?

I'm not that surprised since Kayn didn't have many issues. Sometimes that allows another new champion to come out faster (like Azir after Gnar).

And it's not like a new champion every week.

I am usually happy at every new champ and rework, but this time? We got Kayne when? 2 weeks ago? He wasn't in free rotation yet. I got used to 2 mounths between new champs

I remember back in the day when there would be a new champion every patch every ~2 weeks.

People complain about the flow of new faces slowing down, now people complain about it going faster.
