I believe he sounds more like James Faulkner (Randyll Tarly from Game of Thrones).

People are down voting because you said you have proof when all you have are two clips and a guess that's as good as anyone else's. Proof would be a statement from Riot or the voice actor.
While I don't claim to know the real voice actor, I'd actually be willing to put money on it being Darin De Paul. He's been in a few things, but I know him as the voice of Valkorion in Star Wars: The Old Republic. Listen to the clips, the voice similarities are uncanny.

I see your point about famous actors for voices, but judging from most of their voice actor history it seems like they like to hire video game voice actors. Examples would be Antony Del Rio for Ekko, who also voice Pit and Dark Pit in Kid Icarus: Uprising and Smash Bros, and Laura Bailey, who's been in lots of games like Uncharted, Gears, and Halo.

Honestly sounds more like Neil Kaplan. The guy that voices the english Naruto Shippuden game and anime for Madara Uchiha. Riot also uses same voice actors for multiple champs, I forget them off the top of my head, iirc i think kayle and soraka have the same actor. Any event, it would make sense following this theme, since Neil voices Rhaast and Sol

Plus, Riot wouldn't get big actors like him as they generally have voice over artists only and they aren't all that well known (only a few of them, but they still do mostly VO work for anime/video games not Disney).
Sounds a lot alike, but again, Riot is kinda too greedy to spend that much for the voice of one champ right?
