"Lord of Death"

A change is overdue. Master of Metal cut him short and he's got some big whoop story changes coming.

I thought Kindred was 'lord of death'.

I get the feeling that they are setting up Mord to either be the Ruined King or the one who betrayed the king. "Master of Metal" doesn't really fit that direction, not does it fit the spectral dark paladin theme he currently has after the ability and particle updates.

Master of metal was kinda outdated,since many of his abilities don't have to do with metal anymore(and his ult never had),I think lord of death faces the opposite problem in that it would make metal moves look out of place. Sure since his last update mordes metal effects were mostly lost(still somewhat present in that his W still has metal flying around his enemies),but that was also a change that is still disliked by some.

Paladin of pain wouldn't face either of these problems,because death,pain and metal all go hand in hand(if you think of torture you are most likely going to think of metallic torture devices),so metal effects would be free to rerturn whenever riot saw it fit.
