Harrowing Event during the fall... what about Winter?

Nothing too big, but it IS Winter... maybe it'd be a good time for a small Freljord event? You know... story-wise? The Winter skins are always great, but you know... the Freljord IS a thing.

This year's Harrowing story was well written...

It's just... Freljord... Lokfar...

I GOT IT. TAKE VIKTOR TO THE FRELJORD FOR SOME REASON. I mean, we had Olaf come down to Bilgewater...

I would prefer a lore event exploring a region we have not seen yet.

Freljord would be fine, but I rather see Noxus, Mount Targon, etcetera.

Also, Riot has been operating from a global perspective lately: In the southern hemisphere will be summer season, and in most of the world they don't even experience snowfall regularly, so a Freljord event may not be that much a priority during December for them.
