In the Champion Roadmap, there was a picture of Evelynn and what's likely her new q or random ability in her kit. Is this GIF a glimps at what those tentacles will look like?

I made a Reddit post suggesting they're actually lashes, neither tentacles or tails. The champion roadmap for June has a picture of a heart with the lashes around it and in the text where the lore is teased he specifically stated that Vayne's (probably Vayne's) parents succumbed to the "lashes of agony"

Edit: and for the record she has two, I'm assuming

Edit2: for those who don't know, lashes are like whips. I guess they'll be attached to her back as a sort of attire or maybe even part of her body.

She is a demon of sorts I think riot Meddler mentioned something about a succubus, but more like a combination of a succubus dominatrix witch thing

Well .. it's not a tail ... eve is not a succubus xD ...... so ye it's one of the tentacles ... or maybe they gave her just one tenacle ... lets wait for her reveal to see what does she look like

Tentacles? I bet these are "just" tails.

Tentacles don't fit a succubus and fit more void themed champs.

I like they are keeping some of the pink, even though I'm sure she's probably going to get the blue-man treatment (e.g. Yorick, Karthus).
