In the Champion Roadmap, there was a picture of Evelynn and what's likely her new q or random ability in her kit. Is this GIF a glimps at what those tentacles will look like?

Well .. it's not a tail ... eve is not a succubus xD ...... so ye it's one of the tentacles ... or maybe they gave her just one tenacle ... lets wait for her reveal to see what does she look like

She's not a succubus. At least she isn't right now and i personally(as an Eve OTP) don't want her to be.

No it doesn't. She is scantly clad and not human is the only reason people think that. Being a succubus would take away allot from her character as one of if not the most deadly assassin in league lore. She doesn't use sex or sex appeal to kill her targets(you know... cause they can't see her...). plus we already have Ahri , who(while not being a succubus either) is alot closer since she drains the life out of the men she seduces which is very succubus like. Eve likes killing people and causing them pain similar to Thresh , but she is very proud and relishes her natural abilities/strength.

So Riot could fully clouth Eve give her some heavy armor and she would stil be the same because then she could still be an deadly assasin?

The answer is no Sex Appeal is a important part of eve even Riot recognised that.

i never said that. heavy armor would make even less sense than her being stark naked. In fact, since her stealth is very likely a natural/biological ability, clothes could hinder her. Also, she's an agile stealth assassin so she would prioritize mobility over protection. The problem I have is that sex appeal is a very slippery slope in video games. Her simply being "An unspeakably beautiful, horned woman" doesn't bother me. It's when the fan service is just for the sake of fan service and the character is sacrificed in order give players boners. Another thing that happens is it causes a disconnect between the character and their appearance(a problem Eve is currently dealing with). More people than not will tell you she is a "BDSM, succubus, sex lady" because some genius at riot way back when, decided to put her in a dominatrix costume because sadistic women obviously means she's a dominatrix and she OBVIOUSLY likes hurting people in a sexual way! It's an unoriginal and un-creative cliche that she got stuck with and causes people to misunderstand her character to this day.

As I understood, what he is trying to say he is, Evelynn shouldn't be sex seeker with BDSM style and basically a whore. And I agree on him on that case. Evelynn should be more than sex. Sex shouldn't even be his secondary thing. Sex should be just a tool.

Though, I don't agree on him on Evelynn not being a succubus. Every champion has their archetype. Mordekaiser being a Death Knight doesn't mean he is gonna be a classic Death Knight animated by a necromancer when he was a rightful, honored warrior and being a victim. Evelynn being a Succubus doesn't mean she will be primary related with sex.

Evelynn is said to be Succubus on archetype and I agree on it. In the end, Taric is a Paladin too. Being Succubus and saying that she is are just generalising her, nothing more.

Also, last but not least, Succubus don't have sex to have pleasure physically, they do that because they see it as a weapon. Sex is just a tool to hunt their victims and pleasure they have usually comes from sadism, in other say, joy followed by aroused mind.

I made a Reddit post suggesting they're actually lashes, neither tentacles or tails. The champion roadmap for June has a picture of a heart with the lashes around it and in the text where the lore is teased he specifically stated that Vayne's (probably Vayne's) parents succumbed to the "lashes of agony"

Edit: and for the record she has two, I'm assuming

Edit2: for those who don't know, lashes are like whips. I guess they'll be attached to her back as a sort of attire or maybe even part of her body.

She is a demon of sorts I think riot Meddler mentioned something about a succubus, but more like a combination of a succubus dominatrix witch thing
