Could Tahm have his ways with...
I'm not saying anything here, but assuming, Bard isn't a or the God, but rather a deity -- In religious belief, a deity is either a natural or supernatural being, who is thought of as holy, divine, or sacred. -- Let's say he isn't omnipresent nor all-knowing, holy or divine!
Imagine that he's from a kind that has existed for billions of years, compared to humans who exist a few millions (6~from what I read), we couldn't even imagine what would be like at that point of existence. The gap makes them not relate to us that easily, like we see ants eating a larva and ignore it. His kind might see Runeterrians as under-development and choose not to triffle with us. We can't say though they've all enlightened, meaning they moved passed personal egoical gains and personal aspirations.
Just how Bard is seen by (Ionians?) as a Watcher, so are the Guardians of The Galaxy which took care of an Infinity Stone, yet in that movie they're not divinal, they're just people, who could be corrupted.
Bringing me to my point,
Could Bard be corrupted by Tahm? Could Bard aspire for personal gain? Supposing Bard has desires, and Tahm could whisper into his ears... Tahm has existed before mankind in other forms afterall... And he can be at where any man is because there is an ocean of darkness in every man's soul). @Riot, are the Watchers exempt from this darkness?
I'd love to see a Dark / Corrupted Bard skin.
I made a thread about how Bard seems to be inspired alot by the Precursors in the Jak and Daxter series.
TL;DR of it being, Chimes = Precursor orbs (both being collectibles that float above the ground for the player to grab) Heal shrine = Green Echo (both heal the player and have the same design) His color scheme. His role as a guardian = Precursors were an advanced species who were also guardians.
And in the series, the 'Echo' we most heard about was Dark Echo, from the Dark Makers, guess what? Corrupted Precursors.
I really think Bard would fit into the whole having a dark side thingy. And Tahm would be the perfect explanation for it.
EDIT: It kinda of shakes off the warmth feeling of security that a powerful being has, imagining he could be corrupted.
