We need a measurement system for magical power!

Think of it like the power levels of Dragon Ball, but a little less pointless. It shouldn't be a serious system, but something you can use to vaguely to compare and categorize certain magic weapons or artifacts.

For that I propose a special unit: The "Bard". One Bard is the minumum of potential apocalyptic power that is required to make him show up and try to conficate said artifact. To make it simple: the "egg" in Bard's video could be described as having the power level of "One Bard". If an amateur can use it to cut a mountain in half with the magic, and the item has the potential to do more in skilled hands, then that is the level of "1 Ba"

Of course there can be items even more dangerous, such as the Shattered Crown of the Ruined King, an item I would estimate to have a level of several Kilo-Bards.

And, of course, there are items weaker than one Bard. Like True Ice weapons, Riven's broken sword, Garen's weapon, Sona's instrument, etc, The level of these could be measured in Mili-Bards.
