Me: We're not even half way through October yet, the Harrowing patch was just deployed to the pbe, and skins are always a part of Harrowing. Chill. Wait a week or two why don't you.
Who said that they aren't going to develop the lore?
Well what do you expect them to do?They obviously won't scrap the skins and can't just pump out new ones within a few weeks. They are trying a specific theme for the skins this year,thats what they are trying out(specifically zombies in this year).
If there is something lore-related going to happen then they'll probably release that lore once the harrowing has actually started.
