Serious discussion about LoL world theme.
One thing that real bugs my mind, and I'm sorry but gotta use Overwatch to campare things. Both are PEGI-13 games. Where Overwatch is set in a futuristic real world, LoL is in a completly different place. Both have their wars and problems. But in one thing they differ really hard. Overwatch is cartoonish-like, almost like Disney or Pixar where LoL is really dark and gritty. Obviously, Overwatch demographic is quite younger than LoL's since it's also a more casual game. I've seen a lot of little kids playing Ovewatch lately. But one thing that still bugs. In Ovewatch McCree has a cigar and characters like Hanzo, Genji and Tracer can swear while LoL, set in a grittier world with psychopaths that like to carve out people's faces and make masks out of them and a dark dimension with terrors beyond human imagination, Graves can't have a cigar and people are salty that Xayah swears., even tough LoL players are more mature (I seriously want to believe this. I know some people are quite stupid here.). Why is this thing EVEN when in LoL's lore stories ("Burning Tides",etc) Graves actually does smoke and and they swear.
This seems like a stupid rant but I had to express myself.
P.S: If someone starts with the "One is free. Other is paid." please explain me why would that affect things.
EDIT: Yeah I remember the reason. A chinese company owns Rito. Bump.
