What are your thoughts on the new Client Starter?

Personally I like the design but the font look very childish and doesn't mesh well with the overall slick design. Also it is really annoying still that I can't set my client to English through official means if I play in LAN. I really don't get why. Localization should be an opt in feature, not forced upon (Nintendo and Xbox do it this way so I don't really see the problem here)

  1. Borrows way too much of it's design from Epic's launcher, yes you're both owned by Tencent we get it.
  2. Right now has absolutely NO reason to exist, it's a launcher for a launcher. They should've waited until TFT was separated from League until releasing it.
  3. Has no reason to exist especially considering the launcher it launches into is a buggy and overbloated mess.

Pretty terrible. Just feels weird to have a launcher that seemingly loads into another client. It's amazing how the old client was somehow exceptionally better. Riot also seems to have a thing for plain white designs now. Their support page, the new client launcher...

Overly simplified, on live servers despite the fact that its not finished yet, ect. I guess they don't care what it looks like because if you stay logged in, you'll rarely see it anyway, but that doesn't erase the fact that its still a terrible representation of the game/company. It doesn't feel like a Riot launcher or a League launcher. It feels like something completely separate from both.

Looks like a low budget MMO, detest it wish I never updated it.
