funny enough, Gangplank is the only champion that did get 3 Visual upgrates (release model < old model< updated moded < this new cyborg model)

He is no longer my favorite caricature either, but on the brightside: the new Gangplank actually seems like he's worth fearing and like he could run what is essentially a region that seems to come the closest to any other to being in a state of anarchy.

So, some things kinda had to make way it seems.
