Galio has yet to receive a good skin despite being released in 2010
His best skin is Demon Vi and he can't even use that.

I think debonair is pretty good.
Can't touch my Gatekeeper.

You know he does have a legendary skin,it might not be on par with newer legendaries,but it is still decent.
Also they probably plan to rework him,so giving him new skins with new skill effects would only make the rework more problematic.
