you notice they all have a film grain/scratches all over it and at the edges you can see that its torn
so the splashes are actually old photos
notice in every photo Teemo is a recruit
and is having a good time with all but Twitch
exclude Fizz, Teemo is underwater riding a dolphin
i would shit too
so these photos are back when Teemo was training to become apart of the squad
notice how all the photos are calm
and then there is Twitch's
notice how his pulled the pin on the grenade
now i don't think that someone else would take a photo of that with Teemo looking all worried about something
so i think Twitch has taken all the photos (splash arts)
and Twitch's photo is like a selfie

meaning maybe in Twitch's splash, Twitch is taking a photograph of himself about to eradicate the other members of the omega squad
well maybe just the ground and sea units as there the only skins we know
and Teemo is in the backround witnessing the action made by Twitch
therefore making Teemo into the killing machine his known for in the omega squad skin
and Teemo preferred going on solo missions
maybe Teemo's mission now is to find Twitch and kill him?
but who is Twitch working for
he opened fire on the headhunter skin line in the omega squad trailer all though that trailer isn't canon due to Teemo not being a squad member whilst all the others were alive
so there's another faction
PULSEFIRE is one as they can time and interdimension travel
