I'm not buying Champ Ashe, but I would have

So personally I'm sick and tired of the "pay to grind" passes and content being released. I was kind of looking forward to Championship Ashe and the opportunity to get a gold chroma but I realize it's not worth it to me.

Now i'm not even sure if I want to buy the basic Champ Ashe, I probably won't. I've given a lot of support to this game, probably more than any video game deserves from a single person. But after the Star Guardian mission BS I'm drawing the line here and will not support PAID skin cosmetics being tied to additional grinding

PROJECT: Ashe is infinitely better, cheaper, and doesn't have you jumping through hoops to unlock 'all of it'

I feel very sorry for the actual Ashe mains and fans that want to bling their favorite champion and have to deal with this

I hate that any day Riot can just decide to release a skin on your favorite champion, but it's Loot-exclusive/Victorious/Missions/Special Border anti-sale bullshit

I also hate that Riot wants to pin a charity onto this but not without taking a phat premium for themselves

The game is F2P so just let us buy what we want and I'll support it

I'm a little confused by this post. I'm at work right now & don't have time to read all of this up.

But can't you just buy the skin & go or is Riot doing something different?

If this is about the chroma, then whatever. I don't want the chroma, just the skin.

+1, this Ashe chroma thing is not okay. Especially since the skin is likely just recycled season 5 victorious Ashe that got put away since Reddit persuaded riot to go with sivir. Paying to farm for something that should simply be included.

Everything about this is unsavory and makes it hard to stop negative memeing about riot.

hey poster - the gold ASHE chroma is ONLY available during this year's world event, thus the additional requirements to unlock it. You can buy the rest of the Chrome pack from the store. Hope this helps.

Note: you will NEVER be able to get the gold chroma Ashe after 2017 world event according to Riot.
