I thought the objective with Chromas was to make them appealing; locking away seasonal Chromas (such as the new Headmistress Fiora) is possibly the worst idea I've ever heard. Just remove the bundle from the store so people can't buy the skin. Don't remove the individual Chromas for people who already own it.
According to the Chroma page, they're only available until Nov 3rd
It's not that the chroma is legacy, its that the skin is. If you own Headmistress FIora you can buy them whenever as far as I'm aware.
Why is this being downvoted? According to all data available, the Headmistress Fiora Chromas will disappear on November 3rd, meaning they won't reappear for IP sales as they won't be available.
