It could be, but I feel like people have been asking for Demonic Teemo for far too long for them to give it to a different yordle first (though that would be a fitting skin for him). Plus, I feel like Riot has been dropping subtle hints for a while now (like when they called Teemo demonic in Iverns reveal page. They could have brushed it off saying they were just going along with the joke, but I noticed it.).

Not really familiar with the giphy-page,so I wasn't sure if that wasn't just a fan-account of someone who likes to collect LoL-giphs.

But thanks for the info,now I wonder what will come out of the pot,it looks like there is a yordle inside of it(maybe its going to be demon teemo or gnar?)

Unfortunately (for me at least) you can see a little hump above the being's head which reminds me of Gnar's skull on his head. The ears are also longer, which is more like Gnar. I am hoping for a Demon Teemo though. Gnar has gotten a ton of skins the past few years.

I can't think of any other Yordles that would look spoopy with an Harrowing skin (aside from Teemo obviously)

with factors that come in mind:

Amumu can't think of anything other than him being sad Corki Demon with a mustache? would be too silly Gnar cute sounding demon, i don't think it's him (also El León Gnar) Heimerdinger demons are spooky, very spooky, especially when they love science Kennen i doubt it's him either, ninjas are cool but not spooky Kled he's a recent champion, new champions usually wait for a while before getting a new skin Lulu recent skin being Star Guardian Lulu Poppy recent skin being Star Guardian Poppy Rumble demon riding a mech, cool idea but i don't think it will fit the thematic of Harrowing Tristana pretty much self explanatory (Hint: the gif) Veigar what would happen to his hat? Ziggs bomb throwing demon? how will that work?

Keep in mind that Gnar can turn into Megagnar. He might look like a cute little imp in his miniform,before transforming into a terryfying monstrous demon when his rage fills.

Yorick - VGU reasons - If Poppy/Sion/Taric are any indication, Yorick should be picking up his post rework skin soon. Currenty #1 in the longest without a new skin.

Galio - Debonair in Apr 2015 - Currently #24 - Really should not have been mentioned

Swain - Limbo - Currently #3 now that Poppy got bounced. Nobody knows why this guy has been overlooked, since Riot has never made a strong commitment on him being slated for a VGU. Seriously, look at what just happened to Akali. They dropped her from consideration for the Assassin roster update with talk of requiring a full VGU but she picked up a skin. Same thing happened to Swain with the Mage roster update...

Talon - SSW in May 2015 - Currently #34 (could argue up to #32 depending on how you place the champions from the SSW line)

Fun Facts.

Veigar sits in the top ten with Final Boss from August 2014.

There are only 12 champions that have gone without a new skin for more than two years.

April 1st, 2015 is where three champions (Amumu/Nasus/Udyr) are tied for the #20 spot.

Teemo is actually in the top 25.

The Star Guardian Line bounced two female champions from the top twenty. The remaining three are Cassiopeia, Zyra and Evelynn.

The next female champions that hit the list of "neglect" would be Lux (#35) and Irelia (#38).

don't forget Galio is up for a Rework after Warwick , so it's likely they won't give him a new skin till afterwards. Riot mentioned Swain is in the same situation since he is getting looked at for a VGU as well.

I think he's not talking about the frequency or time when the champs got skins, but rather the amount of skins they have.

Like Ahri has a million skins while Talon has 3 ish.

Star Guardian Poppy is her 7th Skin. Prior to Star Guardian, her last skin was February 2012 and she was sitting at #2 right after Yorick.

Do we really want to argue favoritism on champions that had already picked up six or more skins before 2013?

When Hextech Annie came out there was a lot of moaning over how much favoritism Riot has for the Dark Child. OMG, she has 10 Skins! Give it to someone more deserving!

Completely ignoring the fact that Annie has only had two skins (Sweetheart Feb'15 and Hextech Mar'16) after her Panda skin in 2012.

It won't surprise me when people whine about Teemo getting another skin because they want to judge Riot on their actions 3+ years ago instead of how the current Skins Team is performing.

As far as recent favoritism goes, there's not a whole lot of culprits. There's quite a few that have picked up two skins (and several that have only picked up one).

I think Ahri is one from the small pool of champions to pick up three skins. Challenger (Jan'15), Academy (Aug'15) and Arcade (Aug'16).

Draven has Pool Party (Jun'15), Beast Hunter (Feb'16) and Draven Draven (Apr'16).

Ekko has Sandstorm (May'15), Academy (Aug'15) and Project (Aug'16).

Thresh has Blood Moon (Jan'15), SSW (May'15) and Dark Star (Jun'16).

Soraka has Reaper (Nov'14), Order of Banana (Apr'15) and Program (Apr'16).

Varus has Heartseeker (Feb'15), Swiftbolt (Dec'15) and Dark Star (Jun'16).

Jinx has Firecracker (Feb'15), Slayer (Nov'15) and will have Star Guardian (Oct'16).

Squeezing an extra August in, we can add Fortune to that list with Arcade (Aug'14), Captain (Jul'15) and Pool Party (Jul'15).

I believe the only champion that has raked in four skins in an equally short amount of time is Gnar with his release skin Dino (Aug'14), Gentleman (Jul'15), Snow Day (Dec'15) and El Leon (Jun'16).

Sure, I've seen the argument that no champion should get a third skin before all the others get a second one (and in some cases a first one). And for the most part, the evidence shows that Riot is trying to do that.

Uhm no,Astronaut isn't considered legendary anymore,so he only has one legendary skin with Omega squad. And according to a very believable leak the ultimate skin will go to lux,not to teemo.

Also while teemo seems to be the obvious choice for a demon skin I have to say that this silhouette looks more like gnar.

Actually Teemo has 8 skins,including his legendary,Annie,Ryze and Jax(and maybe a few that i forgot) all have more skins than teemo.

And the leak told us about the star guardian skins(predicting that janna,poppy,lulu and jinx would get them and that jinxs would be legendary) and candy king ivern before those were officially known. It also said that the next ultimate skin would be elementalist lux and considering that the leaker got the other 5 skins right it seems quite believable(I think said leaker actually leaked some other stuff too)
