It's happened before with Ashe, Anivia, Xerath and Sivir if memory serves. Very few times but it has happened to varying degrees.

Cassiopeia is one of them, no? Cassiopeia If I remember correctly her old model is still there but the VO is different from before

Cass got an entirely new VO in addition to new models for all her skins and a kit rework. So hers was a rework that included VO, not just VO on its own.

Actually I should remove Renekton then; forgot he got a VU then with the additional VO.

Short Answer: No.

Long Answer: Probably not. With how rework happy Riot's been the past two years, they'd likely just wait. If a champ's VO is outdated, chances are their visuals and kits are too.

Her voice is good, it's her lines, there isn't enough and they're very jokey so they get very tired fast.
