Is Singed's lore ever getting updated?
He is still listed as Warwick's apprentice - and Warwick was changed more than 3.5 years ago. I think it is far more than enough time to come up with several paragraphs of text that makes sense.

Singed is a mad chemist who baits people into chasing him by simply proxy farming or diving towers for no reason at all. When everything is prepared to get his daily dose of brain afk toplaner/jungler who thinks it's a good idea to run behind someone that literally has twelve million AP and movement speed, he simply just runs and laughs.
TL;DR Singed is a mad chemist guy with a pointless shield, that runs very fast and kills people. Also he likes Wolves.

Serious doe, Singed needs a bit of work in his lore. His character is already pretty fleshed out, mad chemist with a nice touch of trollyness. Really hope they make some cool stories about him being chased.
Well its possible that we get a zaun event this year(since they mentioned jhin going to zaun,where he'll meet vi&caitlyn,which sounds like they have a story for that in the works),in which case his lore would likely be updated as well.
all they gotta do is fix like 3 words Seriously, it's been almost half a decade. What the feck.
He can be Weewick's friend AND apprentice? Seems fine for me. But an update on fixing all the details on the lore would be nice too.
