@ Riot - Why aren't there more silly skins?

I am curious - why are there not more silly skins? It seems like the bulk of skin releases these days are super to semi serious skin lines that are all action packed and chock full of badassery, yet it's only once a year that we get sillier skins that are lighthearted, cheerful, and just all around goofy.

I'm talking about skins like Order of the Banana Soraka, Moo Cow Alistar, Surprise Party Fiddlesticks, Reverse Annie, Definitely Not Blitzcrank, Headmistress Fiora, Emumu, Nurse Akali, Grungy Nunu, and so on and so on. These skins are fun. Not that the serious skin lines aren't gorgeous or a badass way to present a champion, but sometimes, you just want fun, and there's honestly not a lot of that coming out throughout the year. I'd like to see more silly skins pop up in random, non-holiday releases, just to give different takes and more life to characters who honestly need some lightening up. The Baker Pantheon and other Cook skins was an amazing breath of fresh air in this respect, and I think that higher quality skins along those lines should pop up more often. Just like you did with the Academy skins, these were just 750 skins, and it's a bit disappointing that creative setting like these don't give us higher quality skins with more particles and sounds. It'd just be nice to not always have serious skins like Chemtech XXXX or PROJECT XXXXX or Cosmic Blade XXXX all the time. Please consider it! [slayer-jinx-catface]
