A couple of champs are great gameplay wise but need texture or visual updates:
Hecarim
Ziggs (both of the above have 1350 skins that serve as visual improvements)
le Blanc
Ashe (altho she has a vu legendary)
Darius (texture upgrade only)
Mordekaiser (needs a full rework for visuals)
Hecarim looks fine,not sure why you think that he needs a new model.(Same goes for Darius)
And I'm not sure how Ashes legendary skin is a substitute for a VU,I mean I can understand this way of thinking of spirit guard Udyr,as this skin has a very similar theme as the original Udyr,but Project Ashe is a technoskin for an ice champ.... Not to mention that Ashes model also looks rather fine.

All of those champions received a Texture Rebalance with the update of the new SR a little while back. Ashe has already received her VU, I don't know what your issue is with Hecarim or LB, and Morde is a Tier 1 Candidate for a full VGU by the Champion Updates Team.
LB should get a elementalist lux type model.
PROJECT Ashe is not a VU, it's an alternate universe skin, you are clearly drunk
Bioforge Darius could use some love,skin has badass effects but the texture is 2012 level...
