Void corrupts theory

With the latest Nami comic we get to see an another Void corrupted creature. Rasho,we for sure can say that he looked similar to how Nami looks with same differences. And after him experiencing the Void he has a third eye or something like that. We have seen an another character with third eye in the middle of the head. Malzahar,He went to Icathia and experienced the Void.And he got the thing in the middle of the head maybe a eye maybe not. I think its a eye placed for the Entity of the Void to see through.The world he wants to feed on. That's my theory

I can't help but wonder now, whats the difference between Malza and this corrupted Marai against mutated Icathian like jax and kassadin.

The third eye is only developed if you look onto the void but don't go in? and maybe the mutations are only if you do go in?

I think the mutations are if you get in the void its like water if you get in you are wet.I think its the same but not liquid.Just if you get in it you are corrupted.

I'm waiting for RIOT to tell us about what really happened in Icathia apart from the war of runes that Ryze saw. The one that changed Jax's life forever (and how did Kassadin get in later while Malza got corrupted by it)

Yeah we need answers but Riot..its like Aatrox and the whole Darkin theory with Varus started 2013....and 4 years later we got some little answers...

Eh, you could actually argue the lack of solid answers works perfectly for the real Void. I mean what the hell would be so "scary" about it if we understood anything of it?

If a Void LU was to happen soon, then I would encourage the narrative team to be as unreliable a narrator as possible.

Looking at this third eye, maybe the corruption is just as simple as a parasite? Could be there is a huge voidborn entity using small parasites to take over the body of other life forms.

If this is the case, mutated beings like Kassadin and Jax could have resisted that parasite. But since they still had a voidborn in their body, it had some side effects on them.

Maybe it goes even that far that Malzahar was one of a few cases, where the life form willfully accepted the parasite and serves the void purposely.

I think that something like this could be, a parasite that gets inside their heads, not in a physical way but psychological...but... they kinda went all in on poor Jax, he has 6 eyes right now.

Can still be a parasite, though. If we consider the parasite to change the physical appearance of his host, growing additional eyes could be part of it.

But Jax resisted the parasite in the end and killed it. Kinda like what Rhaast is doing to Kayn. Kayn has his left arm transformed a bit, but as long as Rhaast didn't take over, the transformation is not completed.

My sneaking suspicion is that the indomitable Will that Sol sensed behind the Void Rift is what's at work here. Whether that Will is simply something dwelling in the Void or the Void itself, this Will subsumes lesser wills into itself. It doesn't erase who they were, but instead replaces their desires and goals with its own.

This process seems to have a nasty habit of giving the afflicted creature three purple eyes.
