Who do you think/feel is going to or should get the next Legendary skin?

When we look back on this year, we got a shit ton of legendary skins: God-Fist Lee Sin, Pulsefire Caitlyn, Dawnbringer Riven, Nightbringer Yasuo, & Star Guardian Ahri. 5 legendaries in one year is quite a lot when you look at it!

Now what I'm trying to say in this post is simple: which champion(s) do you think or feel are going to get the next legendary skin(s) or feel like they should receive one next?

I'm going set a few guidelines/rules first though:

1. It must be a champ that hasn't received a skin within roughly say a year: So champs that have just gotten some skins within the last 6 months or so, like and soon to be are completely out. However, someone like who received that Warring Kingdoms skin at the beginning of the year would be fine as it would be roughly a full year since he's gotten a skin.

2. To keep things a bit fair, it cannot be a champ that already has a legendary or even an ultimate skin: (double for him) and even & (since they have skins that are classified as legendary) are all out since they have legendaries already. Skins such as Red Baron or Alien Invader do not count as they are not legendary standard (so yes can be a candidate).

3. It also should be a champ that has more than their base launch skin: sorry

4. Finally, it should also try to stay to champions that are super up to date or bound to get reworked very soon: So would be acceptable since he's getting reworked and would be eligible for a nice legendary rather than say since we don't know any news of him getting updated or not in the soon-to-be future. You're still more than welcome to suggest champs like that but let's be honest, Riot probably won't waste resources on someone who's kit and appearance are both outdated and are in need of work.
