To me,knowing a champions background is mandatory to mastering them,and it can make the game fun. I know Vi and cait hunt jinx,Cassiopeia betrayed Sivir,Most demacians are found (like Galio,Shyvana and Valor) and that Varus was the first to think of the forbidden,sealed weapon when his village was raided,which is weird,would be funny if they hadn't went for that weapon,some guard he turned out to be. However since the shurima event every champion updated down to Rek'Sai,the new edition of lores look more like summaries written by Rammus with little information about that champion's history. Kalista had such potential for an epic lore, a betrayed woman. wth riot. She also has a quote where she says "We...I...must not forget" but you look at her lore and you got no idea what the hell she is talking about. If they have to get Sion to narrate for lores like his is,we need better,more informative lores.
