Several things to point out: 1.) Lamb shot the man. You can see the beam of light piercing through the man's body, and then it trails off, further away from the man's body. A spirit arrow, if you will. 2.) Wolf hovers over the man, perhaps waiting to devour him? 3.) The man has a crown. Who is he? What political power did he hold? Is he relevant to another champion? 4.) Why did Lamb kill this prominent figure?

The man could be death. All things must meet him. He split himself in half, creating life. That's my theory.
Either the gambler turned king from Tahm Kench's vid or the "Ruined" King.
