can we give it to them for other movement increasing effects aswell? like 
and fully charged 
or as soon as they break a certain movement speed value? (out of combat so it doesnt mess with things like jinx passive)
at least adding it for summoner ghost and charged mobies should be possible. would be pretty amazing to fly around the map like that.
maybe there are other items/movement effects that could trigger the animation.

I would love that! I think everyone with homeguard animation should have it with , etc
If a lulu speed boosts any sg skins it does this,I believe all other methods dont work outside of the homeguards
It does on lulu whimsy, or at least star guardian lulu whimsy. I know thats intended.
Yeah like some champions have a special animation when they are fast enough, like Yi and Vel'Koz. Wish I could fly around the map.
I think keeping these types of drastic animations to just Homeguard is fine. With stuff like the sprint animations you're not potentially losing information/readability by Zed or Lucian doing an Anime run. You ARE however when they glow like crazy. In Jinx's case it's particularly bad because her guns go away. You don't know what stance she's in until the effect ends.
All I really want is for to ride her hammer like a pogo stick
