Yorick needs skins too. Desperately.

Rumble's only had one post release skin and that was over two years ago.

Cassiopeia really needs a new one too.

Zyra too.

Twitch could use one too since his last was SSW Twitch and Esports skins kinda don't count.

Shen's in the Twitch boat too, but is perhaps worse off since it's been much longer of a wait for Shen.

There's a few folks who could use skins before Jhin.

I mean it's not like that's a bad thing. Unless the skins are poor quality ANY new skin isn't a bad thing, no matter who it's for.

Malzahar, Trundle, Evelynn, kogmaw, Jarvan, Veigar, Heimerdinger, Zyra, Rumble, Viktor, Shen, Cassiopeia, Swain, Urgot, and Yorick all haven't received skins or have had any skins added to the PBE (I added this part because Karthus would be on the list if it wasn't) since 2014 and Malzahars, Jarvans, Zyras, and Shens were legacy skins. Jhin has only been released for 9 months and doesn't need a skin right away. I'm sure you can wait.
