Should Swain Still Be Considered A "tactician" For His VGU?

So with the reveal that Swain will be up next for a VGU, which hopefully will get going soon if those 5 teams are actually being put to use now if not soon, people have been talking about it. But one topic that caught my eye was Malicious Metal's post about how his VGU might throw out his gameplay for another playstyle or fit his theme better, while Reav3 commented that they didn't necessarily say that and all they said was that his gameplay is mismatched with his theme.

So this obviously causes me to now raise the question: should Swain really keep his title/loose theme of "tactician"? I mean, be honest with me, when was the last time you saw or thought of Swain as a tactician type of champion? What exactly makes him a tactician in terms of gameplay of rooting someone at the right place at the right time & activating your ult to drain tank, than say planning out how you'll ambush the enemy or command your troops in battle? I've never gotten the planning tactic playstyle that should be with a tactician type character. If anything, Swain should be renamed to say "Grand Leader of Noxus" "the Raven Master" or even "the Warlock", because all of those titles make far more sense and somewhat fir his playstyle better than "the Grand Tactician".

I really think Swain's gameplay as this in-your-face battlemage is a great playstyle for him, but when you add in that he's also suppose to be a tactical thinker, I just lose that immersion of him being that mage since the two clash heavily against one another. I'd honestly be perfectly fine if the whole tactical side of his theme was removed and more focused on him being this powerful magic user that has a focus on ravens while also allowing transformation into a Lord of Change ripoff to tear thing up on the battlefield.
