Summoner Icons shouldn't cost RP

Summoner icons aren't important enough to have to buy with RP, but they can be quite aesthetically pleasing in some cases. Right now, the free ones look like garbage, people only ever use the rose, bear and bear claw from what I've seen. The other ones consist of just some outdated art of old camps that aren't in the game anymore. I'm not saying every single icon should cost IP, but at least make some more icons cost 1500 IP like you do during special events. I'd just like to be able to have to buy some unimportant but still cool icons to make me look more unique without having to fork over RP that I want for skins and such.
