Is Urgot still revived by using Viktor's researches in his new lore?

He doesn't seem "revived" anymore to me. I think he is a living human with chemtech augmentations.

Since Viktor is focusing more on hextech, I guess it is more likely that Singed helped him getting these enhancements. Or maybe the Glorious Evolved. But in my opinion, he isn't undead anymore. In the reveal page, it never gets mentioned that he died. He got sold as a slave to Zaun.

I think it might be Singed, though since he no longer works for Noxus, this might not be the case.

I'd say he was either rescued by Viktor or by the glorious evolved.

Viktor does have experience with chemtech. Viktor has also displayed an anti-chembaron sentiment. While Viktor and Urgot may have nothing to do with each other; I would expect that if they do Viktor has a much more direct hand in Urgot's creation.

Viktor wants to better society, but perhaps it would be easier to build a new one rather than upgrade the old.
